ArtsyBE Painting Workshop You are NEVER too old to "Play Art"

This workshop is for everyone: artists, non-artists, no art skills necessary, just a creative mind.

During this workshop we use the ArstyBE Painting Game (created by Laura Brittain) to inspire and guide our work. We will randomly select art prompt cards from the game allowing us to experiment with non-traditional tools, creating patterns, and trying different techniques. We will tap into our creativity and see where the journey takes us.

The goal is to get away from the daily grind and spend time being artsy. The focus is not about the end product but rather the process, the journey, the experience.

All materials provided. Each person will go home with an 8x10 painting. No experience necessary. Appropriate for anyone excited to BE artsy. This is a casual class, with space for conversation, laughter and fun. Class size limited to 9 people. Class will last approximately 1 1/2 hours.

Each workshop spot provides funding for 12 meals for kids in need.
